Salary: $65,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

• 6–8 years of technical writing experience, including proven Grade IV-level expertise.
• Ability to conduct research independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to create and edit content.
• Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Experience with software app stores as a team member or developer is optional.
• Salesforce-specific content tooling can be learned on the job.

• Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce AgentExchange.
• Develop, write, edit, and format technical manuals, installation guides, user manuals, and related technical and business-process documentation.
• Follow established format, content, and style guidelines when creating and improving materials.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and high quality.
• Work with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to produce user assistance materials.
• Use technical communication tools and Agile methods to deliver documentation.

We are PTR Global, an information technology and workforce solutions provider with more than 5,000 professionals serving the U.S. and Canada. This remote Technical Writer IV contract is expected to last five months and focuses on improving the usability of Salesforce through user interface content, online help, developer guides, and other assistance materials. The pay range is $65–$70 per hour; compensation depends on factors such as role scope, location, and candidate qualifications. Our full-time consultants may be eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, sick leave, and other applicable benefits. We may use AI tools to assist with application reviews, but qualified hiring personnel make final employment decisions.
