The Pharmacy Operations Coordinator (Assistant Manager) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, working closely with the Clinical Pharmacy Manager to ensure efficiency within the team. This role involves managing urgent personnel or operational issues as they arise and maintaining smooth pharmacy operations.
Key duties include interpreting prescriptions, compounding, and dispensing medications per physicians' and authorized prescribers' orders. The coordinator provides essential medication information to patients and healthcare professionals, promoting safe and effective medication use.
Under the guidance of the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Operations Coordinator handles various tasks with moderate supervision and exercises initiative and judgment to meet the pharmacy's needs. In the manager's absence, this role assumes full responsibility for pharmacy operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum 55.41/hour - Maximum 81.50/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
