Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on facility needs at time of start date. Duration:Traveler's Choice for 26 or 13 week assignment Ratios: 1:20 Years of Experience: 1 First Timers Accepted: No Certs REQ: BLS All caregivers are required to obtain the Alaska Food Worker Certification as a requirement of working in a LTC facility. Clinicans will obtain certification during orientation on-site at the facility. They do not need to complete this prior to their start date. There is a one-time $10 fee for this certification. Skills REQ: LTC Experience Is on-call REQ: No Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes Open to accommodating a block schedule?: No Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: No RTO Restrictions: No more than 2 weeks of RTO will be considered for a 26 Week Contract, Must be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 major Winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years). Preference is for traveler's to be willing/able to work any holidays. All RTO must be sent with submittal. RTO will not be considered if requested after an offer or after signing contract.
