Job Description

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, test, and design front-end components, capabilities, and products.
• Deliver customer experiences and enable digital squads within Workplace Investing.
• Set the direction for front-end engineering excellence and develop scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and design contributors across the organization.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise to engineers and other technology squads.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of development experience, with an emphasis on client-side technologies.
• Experience with NX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Experience with one or more of Karma/Jasmine, Jest, or Mocha.
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, adaptability, and collaborative technical and design-discussion skills.
• Preferred experience with Web Components, component architecture, WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA standards, Git, Jenkins, uDeploy, Node.js, containerization and cloud deployment, shared libraries, and design systems.
