:  We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the production industry and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital supporting role in the coordination and execution of various production tasks, ensuring smooth operations from pre-production to post-production stages.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
• Support production staff with daily operational tasks and errands.
• Manage and maintain production inventory, including equipment and supplies.
• Help coordinate schedules, call sheets, and communication between departments.
• Assist with organizing and preparing locations for shoots.
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of production materials and equipment.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or training is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software.
